no women is left behind"

Who we are?

We are a women-led, grassroots organisation working within communities to support women facing the greatest barriers to health, opportunity, and independence.

Our work is rooted in real experiences — listening to women, understanding their challenges, and creating support that is practical, accessible, and relevant to everyday life.

Our Approach

Our work is shaped by research, lived experiences, and the voices of the women we support. We understand that wellbeing is influenced by more than just health — it is connected to access, opportunity, and support.

Many women face barriers such as limited access to digital tools, employment opportunities, and essential services. These challenges can impact confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.

We believe that community-led solutions create the strongest impact. By working closely within local communities, we design programmes that are inclusive, practical, and responsive to real needs.

Our focus on digital inclusion and skills development helps women navigate everyday life with confidence — from accessing services to finding employment opportunities.

We continuously learn from our work, using insight and feedback to improve and ensure that our programmes create meaningful, lasting change.

Why our work matters?

Many women face multiple challenges at the same time — from digital exclusion and language barriers to limited access to healthcare and employment opportunities.

These challenges can impact confidence, wellbeing, and the ability to move forward. Our work focuses on removing these barriers and ensuring women can access the support and opportunities they need.

Our Founder

Mrs. Shabana Qureshi

“Digital exclusion is not just about skills. It’s about confidence, language, mobility, and legacy. Our women don’t want handouts. They want access. They want to contribute. This is their home, and they deserve to thrive in it.”

We’re a grassroots, women-led charity helping women across Birmingham build the skills, confidence and support to access healthcare, work, and everyday life — free, and in their own communities.

“What makes Women’s Wellbeing special is the trust they have built within the community. They understand the barriers women face and turn that understanding into practical, meaningful support.”
